THW Design has had a full service Procurement Department for more than 15 years providing comprehensive procurement services for Senior Living, Health Care and Hospitality. Services include furniture, light fixtures, window treatments, art, plants and accessories.
Our personal and hands-on approach provides the highest level of customer satisfaction as well as strong relationships and positioning with vendors in the industry. Our Procurement Department works collaboratively with our designers, consultants, and suppliers to meet the needs of our Client's, and their goals. THW Design's Procurement Department is committed to maintaining and meeting the necessary deadlines while exceeding the expectations of the client, and those involved in the project. As a company, we take pride in our honesty, experience, and professionalism to maximize the results and execute the project efficiently. During this process our agents not only negotiate, but they apply their long-term knowledge of the industry and their relationships with the vendors to meet delivery needs and owner budgets. A large part of the Procurement Department's responsibility is to provide collaboration, communication and coordination amongst all disciplines.
